How to Buy from Overseas

fanqlo ships overseas through WorldShopping, a Japanese proxy shopping service.
WorldShopping buys the items from fanqlo on your behalf, inspects them at its warehouse in Japan, and then ships them to your country.

Ordering steps

  1. Customer

    Choose your item

    Choose a style (Short, Long or Relax), size and color. Please check the size chart on each product page.
    Overseas sets do not include a power bank.

  2. Customer

    Add to the WorldShopping cart

    Tap "Add to Cart" on the WorldShopping banner at the bottom of the product page. In the window that opens, choose the quantity, size and color, then tap "Add to Cart" again.
    The size and color you selected on the product page are not carried over, so please select them again in the WorldShopping window.

  3. Customer

    Place your order (1st payment)

    Complete your order on WorldShopping. The first payment covers the item price, domestic shipping within Japan and WorldShopping's service fee.

  4. WorldShopping

    Purchase and inspection

    WorldShopping purchases your item from fanqlo. Once it arrives at the warehouse in Japan, WorldShopping inspects it and calculates the international shipping cost based on weight, size and destination.

  5. Customer

    2nd payment (international shipping)

    WorldShopping will email you the international shipping cost. Please pay from your order details page. Check the email for the payment deadline.

  6. WorldShopping

    Shipping to your country

    After your payment is confirmed, WorldShopping ships your order to your country. For how to track your parcel, see the WorldShopping Help Center.

You pay in two steps

When you order

1st payment

  • Item price (incl. Japanese consumption tax)
  • Domestic shipping in Japan (fanqlo to the WorldShopping warehouse)
  • WorldShopping service fee

After arrival at the warehouse

2nd payment

  • International shipping
  • International shipping handling fee
  • Shipping insurance (may not apply depending on the item value)

Depending on your country, import duties and local taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) may be charged separately.
Please check the amounts, payment methods and deadlines on the WorldShopping screens and Help Center. All payments are made in Japanese yen.

Before you order

  • Power bank not included

    To run the fans, please prepare a power bank with a USB-A output. We recommend DC 5V / 1.5A or higher and a capacity of 10,000mAh or more.
    Even if a power bank meets these specs, we cannot guarantee that every model will work.

  • Prices are in JPY, tax included

    Prices on this site are in Japanese yen and include Japanese consumption tax. They do not include international shipping, fees or import duties.

  • Select size and color again on WorldShopping

    Your selections on the product page are not carried over to the WorldShopping cart. Please double-check the style, size and color before ordering.

  • Questions after ordering

    For payment, shipping, cancellations and returns after you order, please contact WorldShopping through its Help Center.
